Concor Technicrete is comprised of two divisions; the building products division and the mining products division. Knox D’Arcy carried out a Programme across both divisions focused on improving labour productivity, machine efficiency and the performance of the sales force in generating top-line growth to feed the new plant and people efficiencies created by the project.
A twenty-week, multi-site, Programme resulted in productivity improvements of 48% and sales activity increasing by over 50% leading to sales and margin growth which exceeded the project targets by a factor of more than 100%.
