The Business Development Services Phase is the final phase of the Programme. It is a lower key, part time portion of the Programme that normally lasts between one and three months after the Operations Phase has been completed.
The Business Development Services Phase ensures that the changes implemented during the Operations Phase are sustained and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by identifying the next area of improvement for the management team.
Any areas of slippage will be identified and follow-up or additional support provided until the results are consistently coming through in all targetted areas. At this stage the members of the task force will revert to normal responsibilities or adopt the roles chosen for them by the management team and continue to champion change.
